The battery was what I ordered and came a day before expected. The tiny wafer-thin battery was put in a large book size box and I was charged $8.50 for normal ground delivery, would have preferred a small box delivered 2 days later at half the cost! Read more

Excellent service. They called two hours after I submitted the order to confirm address, and the package was sent out later that afternoon. The binoculars arrived in perfect condition. Ordering from a foreign country (Canada) and spending big bucks I was a little concerned, but everything went very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Shopping from 17th Street has always been a nice experience. The only thing that seems to have changed since my last visit to 17th Street is the order confirmation process. Earlier 17th Street would call you to confirm your order now you get a mail asking you to call them (not sure if it's a change in process or a one-off incident). Other than that everything is good.
